Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jyia9 ("we", "our", "platform") and each individual ("user", "you") who uses jyia9's website, mobile application or related services ("services").
By registering on our platform or using the services, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to fully comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using our services.
Important: jyia9 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after updated Terms have been published on the platform will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. Access to this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration and Use
Registration Eligibility
To open an account on jyia9, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must have an active Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your own name.
- All information provided must be truthful, accurate and complete.
- There must be no restriction on your use of this service under applicable local law.
Account Security
Only one account per user is allowed. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled and the balances may be forfeited.
- Keep your login credentials completely confidential.
- Do not allow any third party to use your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
Identity Verification (KYC)
jyia9 may request identity verification documents (national ID, passport or other government-issued ID) at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Policy
Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Standard processing time: 5-30 minutes.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to verified accounts via approved methods.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is incomplete.
- We reserve the right to temporarily suspend processing if fraud is suspected.
Currency Policy: All transactions on jyia9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jyia9 accepts no responsibility for any currency conversion matters.
Suspicious Transactions
If money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity is suspected, jyia9 may immediately suspend the relevant account and notify the appropriate authorities. In such cases, the account balance may be temporarily frozen.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
jyia9 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its new and regular members. All bonus offers are subject to the general terms listed below.
Welcome Bonus
New members have the opportunity to receive a 200% bonus up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit.
- A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to activate the bonus.
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Bonus claims from multiple accounts on the same IP or device are not permitted.
- If the bonus offer is not used within the specified time limit, it will be automatically cancelled.
Recurring Bonuses and Cashback
VIP members enjoy weekly cashback benefits. Cashback is always calculated based on net losses.
- Cashback is credited to the account every Monday.
- No wagering requirement applies to cashback (unless stated otherwise).
- jyia9 reserves the right to change the cashback rate at any time.
General Bonus Terms
Please read the relevant specific terms carefully before accepting any bonus offer. Attempting to earn bonuses using any method not approved by jyia9 may result in cancellation of the bonus and suspension of the account.
Gaming Rules
All games available on jyia9 — slots, live casino, fishing games, sports betting and others — are operated fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
Prohibited Conduct
- Unauthorized interference with game code or software.
- Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
- Gaining an advantage in games by using multiple accounts.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
Technical Errors
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to network disconnection, server error or any other technical issue, jyia9 may consider that round void. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account.
If clearly incorrect odds or payouts are displayed, jyia9 reserves the right to cancel those bets.

VIP Program and Loyalty
jyia9's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Benefits and cashback rates increase as you advance through each tier.
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
jyia9 reserves the right to change the benefits, tier criteria or rewards of the VIP program at any time. VIP tiers are non-transferable and all VIP benefits will be cancelled if the account is closed.

You may access platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but collecting data through any automated process (scraping, crawling, etc.) is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
jyia9 provides services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service, freedom from errors or suitability for any particular purpose.
jyia9 is not liable if:
- Service is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues or third-party technical problems.
- Service is interrupted due to force majeure events — such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions.
- A user suffers loss by sharing their own account credentials with a third party.
- Data is compromised due to a cyber attack or hacking, where appropriate security measures were taken on our part.
In any circumstance, jyia9's maximum liability will be limited to the value of the transaction directly related to that specific incident.
Account Closure and Termination
Closure by the User
Any user may request to close their account at any time. In this case, any active bonuses will be cancelled and any remaining balance will be returned subject to payment terms being met.

jyia9 may close an account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of the Terms.
- Evidence of fraud or money laundering.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

Severability

Entire Agreement: These terms, our privacy policy, and other policies together form the entire agreement between you and jyia9, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
